                                          "People don't think you can have quick, delicious vegan food."
                                          What ever happened to humus (or baba ganoush) with toasted pita bread nibs? The longest part of making that is roasting the sesame seeds. The rest is pureeing _EVERYTHING_ in a Cuisinart for a few minutes. I'm an omnivore, but I can't pass up a good tahini humus.

                                                                                              For all the people complaining about how they opened the coconuts, I'm sure they were trying to do it in a more controlled way and create a safer & probably less messy environment, not just start beating it off the floors and counters while it's still full of milk and tons of people and kitchen stuff around. As for being an easy, beginner meal for vegans, no. Most of the tools they used beginners won't have and most of the ingredients they used aren't accessible to a lot of people.
