            Somebody needs to tell Brad that steaming them alive is literally the least humane way of killing them. Go with the head split that Chris did. The quickest and least painful way easily

              You steam the lobster so that the water doesnt wash off all the flavors, same reason why you shouldn't rinse your lobster.
              Very good video overall though, very informative and easy to follow

                      I've only ever had 2 lobster rolls in my entire life. Both were last week, and two days in a row. Shuckin Shack has a killer lobster roll. Big chunks of lobster, those buns, and a light dressing to hold together the meat. There was no heretical celery nor lettuce, but they give you a side of lightly dressed shredded, peppery slaw which is the perfect topping for the roll. Buttery, sweet, and meaty. Sounds like an ideal date!

                        He had it all good until he warmed the lobster meat. I think it would still be tasty, but I'd prefer it chilled.

                              Never place lobsters in a pot with the rubber bands still on the claws. Anyone with an allergy to latex can die. Why would any professional chef put rubber bands in the water when boiling anything....well then why here? Lobster boiling 101 smh

                                          This is the first BA video I’ve felt incapable of watching as a veggie. Usually I don’t care about them eating meat- I did for like 20 years!!! But actually killing a living thing for a video??? Yikes. That’s just where I draw the line.

                                            My chives.....maybe some celery finally chopped. Put some mayo with a couple squirts of Franks Red Hot and a squirt of Worcestershire. Salt to taste after you mix it if required. Toasted bun with butter a must. I put a buns butter side up on a tray in oven and low broil the top only. Other side is soft which is a nice contrast. I use hot dog buns...not those New England ones. Lobster needs to be served COLD. I put lobster spread out on a tray in freezer after i cook it for a quick blast to get it cold. NO BUTTER melted in sauce. No freakin way.
