                                                                                        I can literally tell by the colours of those cheese and their reactions that they bought all fairly low quality versions of cheeses that at a higher quality are much more distinctive. Why not throw in an aged gouda or a specific type of high quality blue? They could have had a lot more fun with this if they had played a little more carefully with the selections.
