                This is not Aloo Gobhi, u dont make aloo gobhi without coriander powder, garam masala and tomato puree or cut up tomatoes. This is atleast not how its cooked in India , this is some other dish which u are calling aloo Gobhi .

                                                      I'm very curious as to what type of paprika you're using. I'm always very confused when paprika is said to have heat because the typical paprika I buy at the store (such as the McCormick brand) has no heat whatsoever and is really only for color.

                                                                                  I'm honestly really unimpressed with this recipe. There is nothing aloo gobi about it and rather a roasted veggie dish with turmeric. I think she has a great personality and her intention is great. But this isnt indian food nor is it indianish.

                                                                                              The way that she talks makes me uncontrollable XD.
