        So i made some of this about a month ago. Was concerned about botulism, so i added about 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar before the ferment. Its starting to smell a bit alcoholy almost. Is this ok or should i toss it?

                                    I'm pretty sure you're not supposed to eat more than about 1 garlic clove a day. Low dose is good, high dose is bad for your liver. Low dose being 0.1 - 0.25g per kg of body weight.
