  • Today I am dry-aging the most expensive piece of meat I ever held in my hands. It's a $1,000.00 dollars australian wagyu new york strip. I dry aged it for 45 five days and this is the results.

              "Do you ever get tired of steak?". I couldn't get tired of it either. I used to have a fishing pond that only 8 people fished at, it had the best wide mouth bass, and if I could fish and eat that everyday, I would. Grew up with it, and its gone by now.

                        At what point does the marbling score mean that you're actually just eating fat? If you had a marble score 10, would it just be beef fat?

                          CrimsonStang no,there is no steak on the world can get that much fat, it is impossible for the cow to live if it have no muscle in it, also, marbling is the intramuscular fat in the meat, if there is no meat, then that is fat

                              The video claims that Australian wagyu is the same a Japanese wagyu which is not correct. Though the Australian wagyu in this video has great marbling, true Japanese A5 wagyu beef sirloin has much more marbling and the marbling is much more finer. Google Japanese Miyazaki Wagyu A5
