                                                                          would it be too diferent if i use a metal dish for the pie? i know the main difference is gonna be the temperature and how hot it gets, im scared my dough will burn before the blueberries are completely cooked through

                                                                            I made this pie last night. I had never made pie before from scratch, so rolling out the dough was a little frustrating, but oh my god this pie is DELICIOUS!
