      Brad, I made this last week with veggies from my garden and it's so delicious! I've been putting it on everything. Also, I used purple cauliflower which turned the entire contents hot pink, so it has been giving all of my food a festive flair. Thanks for the great recipe!

    I am new to fermenting and I read that 3.5% is high, and anything over 2.5% interferes with fermenting?. Can you comment on this?. Anyone? Also I am confused...do I weight (water + contents) to determine the percentage of salt, of just the amount of water itself?.

The editing is fun, the videos are really teaching me great new info every time, before long tho I realize I've been watching for hours and my eyes are glazed over.
