      My macarons stuck to the Parchment paper and it just didn't come off, I had to apply water on the other side of the macaron to remove the paper ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜….... Does anyone know why that happened?? I don't know what I did wrong ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ™„

                    Wow salty! Cut the salt in half. Putting 1 tsp in the dry then in the wet is a mistake.

                          idk how but i was able to make macarons w/o doing everything right
                          i only had a normal, manual whisk so i couldnt get to stiff peaks and thats probably the most important step
                          anyways, they tasted fine and had the right textures but they were kinda ugly

                                                                              If baking a day before an event would you store the cookie in an air tight container and pipe filling day of? Or can you store them with filling day before ?
