                                                        Thank you, thank you, thank you for making Carbonara correctly!!! Although I’m not a fan of mushrooms; I’m happy you made the “sauce” correctly. So many “authentic” Italian restaurants around where I live make Carbonara with an Alfredo sauce. Like have you been to Italy? I can tell not.

                                                                            What is this woman doing. Shallots and parsley and garlic? Call it what you want. Not carbonara. Ok? You need to add some fat like butter and not pasta water (starch) to make for the missing fat from the pork cheeks.

                                                                                Err, carbonara literally means bacon and egg. You’ve made mushroom orecchiette. Garlic and onion should be no where near a carbonara. Still, looks tasty though.

                                                                                        Are there no hygiene rules in this kitchen? Molly's long locks hanging loosely, not being pulled back as they should. Apart from that, as a vegetarian, thought the recipe was good and will certainly make it.
