        When you purchase chicken stock, it's packaged by weight. When you use chicken stock, it's measured by volume. What's up with that?

                                i tried adding that amount of salt to my pasta once and it ended up being too salty... also adding pasta water to the dish has made it waaaay to salty... for my taste 😊

                                                                  I always ignore any salt advice that, I, from experience think is unnecessary and usually delivered mainly by 'younger' chefs - I mean come on, reducing it where you can is better for your health. Besides I love the taste of pasta and I never have to salt it, go figure. It will always taste ok especially because the sauce will embrace it, it's not like you eat it neat.

                                                                                      Just made this one & it was awesome! Tho, I added a little parm, 1/4 tsp little lemon juice, and finished with 1 tbs unsalted butter. The thyme with the earthy mushrooms is perfect. Doesn’t need prosciutto but it does make even better. Thanks BA!
