                                                                                              When I went to a sushi-ya in Japan they always put way too much wasabi for me... all I could taste was the wasabi. I would try to ask for less [choto choto], but they'd just smile and give me another piece that burnt my mouth out.
                                                                                              I was learning to read kanji whilst I was there, and 'Sushi' was the first public sign I was able to read... got a little excited.
